RESHAPE studio is a 12 week, small group personal training program which is designed for females only. The sessions are created, delivered and coached by myself.
Within the group you have your own exercise program to work through under our guidance and we give you nutritional advice to work on a daily basis:
- What foods to eat
- What foods to avoid
- How to keep track of what you eat using a simple application on your phone to maximize weight loss
- What supplements to take to speed up results
Our workouts are designed to help you shift body fat, tone up and to get you stronger.
You will be added to an online support group and will be weighed and measured every week to keep you accountable.
