HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

My Saturday morning HIIT class involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. This is High energy 45 minute class that helps to:

reshape studio

Reshape is a Semi Private Personal Training Group designed for FEMALES ONLY. The sessions are coached by myself with brand new workout designs created every 4 weeks. You have your own personal workout program which is tailored to suit your needs & goals and takes into account any injuries or illnesses you may have at present or may encounter along your health & fitness journey.

It is designed to help you shift body fat, tone up and get you stronger. You will be added to an online support group and will be weighed and measured every week to keep you accountable.

Personal training

Don’t feel like your getting anywhere? Personal training is a one-to-one experience with myself.  Each session is fresh, specifically designed to you.

Boxfit is a fun , high energy 45 minute session with Joyce in our studio on a Saturday morning. These sessions are suitable for all ages and levels of Fitness & involve Pad & Glove work with a partner to help.
